Conservation!! is a video/animation created by Amanda Almon and Kristen Baumlier. The animation was used as part of a live performance by "The Petroleum Pop Princess" - Kristen Baumlier; the animation/video and live performance who questions the future of our energy resource consumption and pop materialism of needing more products which use and abuse oil. The video/animation was installed as a video projection behind the live performance of the "Petroleum Pop Princess" and her "Crude Oil Dancers." Conservation was also included in the 2007 Athens International Film Festival in Athens, Ohio and MagmArt International Film Festival in Italy.
